Today’s Fashion is an Egyptian-based fashion retailer established in 2018, specializing in importing women’s fashion from Europe. These Terms apply to all users of the website.

2. Products & Availability
  • All products are sold based on available stock and sizes only.
  • Due to our outlet concept, items are limited and may not be restocked.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing & Payment
  • All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (in advance) or order confirmation (for Cash on Delivery).
  • If the order is rejected due to any issues, only the shipping cost will be charged.
4. Order Acceptance
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including product unavailability or incorrect pricing.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message/email.
5. Shipping & Delivery
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location.
  • Delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, text, branding) is the property of Today’s Fashion and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Today’s Fashion is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or incidental damages.
  • Delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

الشروط والأحكام

1. عام

“تودايز فاشن” هي شركة مصرية لتجزئة الأزياء تأسست عام 2018، متخصصة في استيراد أزياء السيدات من أوروبا. تنطبق هذه الشروط على جميع مستخدمي الموقع.

2. المنتجات والتوافر
  • تباع جميع المنتجات بناءً على المخزون والمقاسات المتاحة فقط.
  • نظراً لنظام “الأوتليت”، فإن القطع محدودة وقد لا يتم توفيرها مرة أخرى.
  • نحتفظ بالحق في إيقاف عرض أي منتج في أي وقت.
3. التسعير والدفع
  • جميع الأسعار معروضة بالجنيه المصري (EGP).
  • قد تتغير الأسعار دون إشعار مسبق.
  • يتم تأكيد الطلبات فقط بعد إتمام الدفع مقدماً أو تأكيد الطلب في حالة الدفع عند الاستلام.
  • في حال رفض الطلب لأي سبب، سيتم تحصيل رسوم الشحن فقط.
4. قبول الطلبات
  • نحتفظ بالحق في قبول أو رفض أي طلب لأي سبب، بما في ذلك عدم توافر المنتج أو الخطأ في السعر.
  • بمجرد تأكيد طلبك، ستتلقى رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل النصية.
5. الشحن والتوصيل
  • المواعيد المحددة للتوصيل هي تقديرية وقد تختلف حسب الموقع الجغرافي.
  • قد يحدث تأخير بسبب عوامل خارجية خارجة عن إرادتنا.
6. الملكية الفكرية

جميع محتويات هذا الموقع (صور، نصوص، علامة تجارية) هي ملك لـ “تودايز فاشن” ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن.

7. تحديد المسؤولية

“تودايز فاشن” غير مسؤولة عن:

  • التأخيرات الناتجة عن شركات الشحن الخارجية.
