Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer
  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
2. Order Cancellation by Today’s Fashion

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases such as:

  • Product out of stock.
  • Pricing or system errors.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
3. Refund for Canceled Orders
  • If payment was made online, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery orders will simply be canceled without charges.

1. إلغاء الطلب بواسطة العميل
  • يمكن إلغاء الطلبات خلال 12 ساعة من وقت تقديم الطلب.
  • بمجرد معالجة الطلب أو شحنه، لا يمكن إلغاؤه.
2. إلغاء الطلب بواسطة “تودايز فاشن”

نحتفظ بالحق في إلغاء الطلبات في حالات مثل:

  • نفاذ مخزون المنتج.
  • وجود أخطاء في التسعير أو في النظام.
  • وجود نشاط مشبوه أو احتيالي.
3. الاسترداد للطلبات الملغاة
  • إذا تم الدفع عبر الإنترنت، سيتم رد المبلغ خلال 5-10 أيام عمل.
  • طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام سيتم إلغاؤها ببساطة دون أي رسوم.
