  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • The original tags and packaging are intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance.
  • Items damaged due to misuse.
  • Items without original tags.
3. Important Note (Outlet Model)

Due to limited stock and sizes:

  • Exchange is not guaranteed.
  • Requested sizes may not be available.
4. Return Process
  • Contact our support team within 3 days.
  • Provide order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return steps.
5. Refund Policy
  • Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund method depends on the original payment method.

2. أصناف غير قابلة للاسترجاع
  • المنتجات المشتراة أثناء التخفيضات أو عروض التصفية.
  • المنتجات التالفة بسبب سوء الاستخدام.
  • المنتجات بدون التكييت الأصلي.
3. ملاحظة هامة (نظام الأوتليت)

نظراً لمحدودية المخزون والمقاسات:

  • الاستبدال غير مضمون.
  • قد لا تتوفر المقاسات المطلوبة للاستبدال.
4. إجراءات الاسترجاع
  • تواصل مع فريق الدعم خلال 3 أيام.
  • تزويدنا برقم الطلب وسبب الاسترجاع.
  • سيقوم فريقنا بتوجيهك عبر خطوات الاسترجاع.
5. سياسة الاسترداد المالي
  • يتم رد المبلغ بعد فحص المنتج المرتجع.
  • رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.
  • تعتمد طريقة رد المبلغ على وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
